David was an excellent guide! He explained every place so thoroughly, covering not only the scenery but also the local culture, history, and interesting stories behind each location. You can really feel how much he loves and appreciates this place, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He was also very polite, patient, punctual, and responsible throughout the trip. I genuinely had such a great time and learned so much along the way. The trip was not only fun but also packed with interesting knowledge. Highly recommend David if you want to truly understand and experience the place rather than just visit the sights!

A fantastic itinerary! The Great Ocean Road day trip was definitely worth it! The tour guide was excellent, patient and polite, and the pick-up and drop-off were always on time. He even showed us two wild koalas in different locations – so adorable! The entire itinerary was well-planned, covering all the important sights, including the Little Red Riding Hood Lighthouse. The Mercedes was very clean, and the group members were all very friendly. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the trip!

This Great Ocean Road trip was the highlight of our Melbourne tour. Many thanks to our driver and guide, Jack, for his company throughout the journey, which taught us many interesting facts and provided insights into Australian culture and customs. Although it was during the National Day holiday and quite crowded, the overall experience was fantastic!

I was hesitant when I booked this tour because there weren't many reviews, but the trip exceeded all expectations and I can highly recommend it. The forecast for the day was for heavy rain, so they contacted me the day before via WhatsApp to arrange a reschedule. In the morning, guide Steve picked me and the other guests (seven in total) up from our hotels in a minivan, and the journey began! Steve is an incredibly positive person; he managed to drive, explain the sights, joke, chat, and was generally a real joy to us. 😁 On the way to the first attraction, he stopped us for delicious coffee and local pastries. We had breakfast and then headed to the 12 Apostles. Thanks to the return route, there were really few people at each point, so no one interfered with our photo opportunities. Then everything was standard: lunch in Apollo Bay, then Steve took us to secret places in search of koalas, and when koalas were found, he growled like a koala so that they would wake up and show us their faces 😁 Return to Melbourne around 19:00.

For those who can't easily drive themselves, the Great Ocean Road is perfect for a day tour! The scenery along the way is absolutely stunning 🤙🏻! The guides were very thorough, covering various historical backgrounds, and there was plenty of time for photos and sightseeing. We arrived at the Twelve Apostles in the morning, and the photos we took weren't backlit at all; the itinerary was very well-planned. The Great Rift Valley was also breathtaking! We even saw wild koalas by the roadside—so lucky!

Thanks to our driver/guide Benjamin and trainee guide Neil (I hope I spelled it correctly?) for a wonderful day. Benjamin was funny and humorous, telling many jokes to keep us entertained. His accent and expression were also very clear and understandable, even for a non-native English speaker like myself (compared to other day tours I've taken in Australia, where guides usually speak faster and have more pronounced speech, making them harder to understand). Benjamin has many years of tour guiding experience and even took us to some interesting, less-traveled attractions. He was very responsible, checking the number of people at each stop. I especially need to thank Benjamin for not keeping my bank card after I left it in the car. He immediately reported it to the company and contacted me, allowing me to retrieve my card before returning to Hong Kong.
