Sale Terms and Conditions

• One person per ticket regardless of age, subject to specific terms and age limits specified for the event.
• We encourage all patrons to be 2 years old and above, patrons are advised that all patrons should not disturb others during shows, or else be asked to leave the venue first until the child is settled and then to re-admit
• Before purchasing the ticket, do carefully review the event details and selected date or timeslot. As a condition of the sale, there are strictly no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the booking is completed.
• Tickets are issued/sold on behalf of the Organizer of the event whose name appears on the ticket.
• The organizer of the event is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities of the event. Trip.com does not accept any liabilities in connection with any event. In case of dispute, the decision of Trip.com and the Organizer of the event shall be final.

Ticketing and Admission rules

• The show is not on free seating basis. Customers are unable to choose a seat. Seating will be arranged by the organizer during the purchase.
• Seats are allocated based on how early you bought the tickets.
• A valid booking number/e-ticket(s) must be presented for admission to the venue.
• No cancellations, changes, or refunds for tickets once purchased.
• The organizer reserves the right to take action against any person who breaches any of the above terms and conditions.
