You were not just a guide, but also a guardian of the stories of this pristine land—when you recounted the origins of Tibetan Buddhism at Songzanlin Monastery, when you explained the changing scenery with the seasons during our journey around Napa Lake, when you offered us steaming hot butter tea and barley wine, every detail warmed the landscape.
You eased our travel fatigue with humor, explained the true meaning of "Shangri-La" with your professional knowledge, perfectly planned the itinerary, and, most importantly, showed us the most genuine connections between people through the simple kindness of the Naxi people.
