I booked the tour through GYG, which worked fine. Two days before it was scheduled to take place, Falcon contacted me to say that the flight to Abu Dhabi was unfortunately cancelled due to technical reasons. Upon inquiry, they offered me an alternative flight to Dubai, which went smoothly. However, this didn't solve the problem, as I then incurred additional costs of approximately €200 for the trip to Dubai. I would have appreciated GYG's more proactive approach, especially since Falcon had informed me that flights were not operating until the end of July.

It was a great day as we only had one day in Abu Dhabi and it was off season too so no one was on the bus, it was like our own private tour 😄. staff are lovely too

We had a truly thrilling experience driving a powerful Toyota through the desert! The tour manager contacted us promptly after booking. On the day of the trip, the driver notified us well in advance of the departure time and picked us up from the meeting point. He drove us to the desert with an engaging conversation. It was truly breathtaking… We received lots of gifts and bonuses. A photo with an eagle, a camel and ATV ride, and a thrilling snowboarding descent down a sand hill. We loved it all!
