Visit of Shuri Castle 🏰🇯🇵
#cherryblossom2024
During my vacations in Naha, I had the delightful opportunity to explore the famous Shuri Castle 🏯. Perched on a hill in the city center, this iconic landmark offers stunning panoramic views of the area.
The entrance fee was reasonable, reflecting the historical and cultural significance of the castle. Stepping through the gates felt like stepping back in time to the Ryukyu Kingdom era. The architecture of Shuri Castle is truly impressive, featuring vivid red walls, intricate wooden carvings, and grand roofs.
As I wandered through the castle grounds, I was captivated by the Main Hall, Seiden, and other ancient buildings. The serene gardens and peaceful ponds added to the magical ambiance, creating a serene escape from the bustle of the city below. After exploring the castle, I also took time to visit nearby points of interest like the Shuri Kinjo-cho Stone-paved Road and Shikina-en Garden. These sites provided further insight into Okinawa's rich cultural heritage.
My visit to Shuri Castle was a truly unforgettable experience that deepened my understanding and admiration for Okinawa's history and traditions. This enchanting castle is a definite must-see for anyone visiting Naha. 🌺

At that time, I could go to Japan, and I could leave Shanghai. At that time, I didn’t need the itinerary code. At that time, I didn’t need to calculate the report... I took the children and family to Okinawa, Japan. Shouli City came a few years ago and came again. It was very meaningful.
The location of Naha Shouli City, there are two parts of the inner city and the outer city. The outer city is free and the inner city needs to buy tickets. The inner city is the palace of the former Ryukyu country. If you go in, you have to take off your shoes. You will provide a plastic bag and carry your shoes. You can see the panoramic view of Naha city from behind the palace.
The cruise took it over and stayed for an hour. The park is small and you can log into the city building to see the distance. You need to buy a ticket to visit. There is a souvenir shop where you can buy local products and stamp them. There are ice creams in the park and only cash is accepted. The taste is good. Take a photo and punch a card. It is also one of the places where local primary school students come to visit the society.
Although Seoul City Park is not big, it has a high playability, that is, stamp games can take more than three hours. The ducks in Longtan, the back gate, are not afraid of people, do not give food, and do not let go. They are a siege to you. The city of Seoul is the former kingdom of Ryukyu, located on a hill overlooking the sea. The gatekeeper under the city is a landmark scenic spot in Okinawa. The main hall where the king lived had a unique architectural style of Ryukyu, which was very beautiful. It restored the pattern of the year and showed some related historical relics. It is a good place to know the history and culture of the Ryukyu Kingdom. It is the Palace of the King of the Ryukyu Kingdom, the Palace of Okinawa. Since the original buildings were destroyed by war, what we see now is the reconstruction after 1992. The palace is rich in color, which combines the characteristics of Japanese and Chinese architecture. Most parts of the park are free, but tickets are required to enter the main hall. Adults 820 Ran, primary and secondary school students 310 place is not big, but it is worth going. In particular, there are activities to collect stamps for gifts. Children and big friends are like treasure hunting. It takes time to collect all the stamps, but it's not easy to find individual stamps. We only had two hours to go to the airport to return home, so we only completed a collection of 10 gift exchange projects, about less than 20 of them. It's fun. Ancient palaces, scenery is quiet, the inner city needs to buy tickets to enter, some places can not take photos. Local special performances outside the toll-paying scenic areas, the daily performances are not the same, or very worth watching, try to sit in front of it. The scenic spot collects seals from stamp collection activities to a certain number of small gifts, especially for children. Take the monorail to the terminal station, Shouli City Station, get off, and then walk along the road sign. If you want to take a shortcut, you can go in from Wansongyuan intersection and walk straight to it.
Seoul City is an important historic site of the Ryukyu Islands. It is a Tang Dynasty style building replicated by the prototype that remained after the war. Seoul is the palace building of the Ryukyu Kingdom. It was the place where the King handled state affairs, received envoys and held important celebrations. It combines the architectural features of China, Japan and Okinawa. You need to take off your shoes barefoot when you enter. The waiter puts them in a plastic bag and takes them away. Finally, plastic bags will be recycled. There are also stamps for gifts.
The city enters the main hall is the charging area, including the main hall, the gate of the god gate, the south, the sentry, the press, the lock between, the gold palace, the full, the waiter lounge, the signature courtyard. Although the ticket is not expensive, 820 yen/person, but if not interested, it is just a waste of time and physical strength. In fact, the free area is enough to see, the door of the meeting, the wooden door, the Jiuqing door, each door has something worth seeing. Of course, the most famous of these is the gate of the courtesy door, it is not only the main entrance of Shouli City, but also the symbol of Okinawa. The front of the 2,000 yen note issued in 2000 was the pattern of the gate guard, although the Japanese government stopped issuing it because the word "the" was Chinese characters (the Japanese word "the" was used "の").
Especially beautiful park, historical significance, there are quite a lot of Japanese people, you can go shopping, the flowers are beautiful
A place that preserves the tradition of the Ryukyu Empire.. Unfortunately, it is currently under construction.. It is paid to enter Shuri Castle..
