What an incredible guide! Michael (李老师) was arranged for our tour, and he was simply outstanding. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, he made everyone feel comfortable. His local expertise and passion for history made every site we visited fascinating, and he shared his very, very in-depth knowledge of Buddhism, which truly brought the cultural sites to life. We felt we truly understood Guangzhou's culture after our day with him. He's friendly, respectful, and a wealth of knowledge. 10/10! The tour is interesting for the introduction to authentic Cantonese dishes and delicacies (to be paid for separately) as well as the less-visited areas of Guangzhou. Do note that the guide’s English is not perfect and some patience would be needed to understand him.
