Since this 1-day tour involves shared transfer, please arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refund will be provided for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any additional costs or liabilities caused by your tardiness. We appreciate your understanding.

In case of bad weather or other force majeure circumstances, the park may adjust the operation times of amusement rides or performance times without prior notice, and may even cancel certain rides and performances. We appreciate your understanding.

This activity may be adjusted based on weather conditions and other factors. For your safety, staff members have the right to request guests to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to actual conditions on the day.

- The transportation, sightseeing, and stay times during the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the guide may reasonably adjust the order of visiting attractions while ensuring no reduction in itinerary spots, after obtaining guests' consent based on actual situations.

Each traveler can bring one piece of baggage for free. Please note this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. If you bring additional baggage without informing us at least one day in advance, it may cause overcrowding in the vehicle and affect driving safety. You are not allowed to leave the group early during the tour. If you choose to leave the group during the trip, any uncompleted itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited with no refund provided. You will be solely responsible for any incidents that may occur after leaving the group. We appreciate your understanding.

- Seasonal exclusive activities (such as cherry blossoms, fall foliage viewing, special flower seasons, illumination events, fireworks festivals, snow scenery tours, hot spring seasons, and festival events) are highly susceptible to climate, weather, or other force majeure factors. Specific arrangements may be adjusted, so please refer to official notices for updates. If no official cancellation notice is received, we will proceed as scheduled. If the flower season or special activities fail to meet expectations, refunds will not be available. Please be advised.

Due to the long driving distance, the actual arrival time may be affected by traffic and weather conditions. The times listed above are only estimates. - We will not inform you of the guide and vehicle details in advance on the day of participation. Please gather at the designated time and location on your own. The guide will be wearing an orange vest and holding a white flag with [Easygo] on it.
