4.5-hour whale and dolphin watching cruise in Auckland's Hauraki Gulf

1. If you fail to see whales but spot other marine animals, no refund or free reboarding voucher will be issued. Please be aware of this policy.

2. The normal duration is 4.5 hours. However, if weather conditions deteriorate, we may return earlier than scheduled for safety reasons, potentially reducing the sightseeing time to less than 4.5 hours (no refund will be issued for the reduced time). Additionally, the captain may extend some sea sightseeing activities depending on daily conditions, possibly exceeding 4.5 hours (no extra charges will apply for the extended time).

3. Recommended clothing/items to bring: warm clothing, waterproof jacket, sun hat, sunscreen, camera, binoculars, motion sickness medicine (if needed);

4. If the trip cannot proceed due to weather conditions, you may postpone, change the departure date, or receive a full refund.

5. Please pay attention to the traffic conditions in Auckland city center and make sure to arrive before the scheduled redeem ticket time. If you are late, the activity company has the right to deny you boarding, and your purchased tickets cannot be canceled or changed.
