We do not accept any refund application if the tourist misses the Dining Time due to late arrival or Other personal reasons.

The restaurant seating arrangement is randomly arranged by the restaurant staff. We have no right to specify seats. Please be informed of this. We will not accept any subsequent complaints or negative reviews arising from seating issues.

If the tourist's itinerary encounters a temporary change and he cannot arrive at the restaurant at the reserved time, he must contact customer service 2-3 hours in advance. The customer service staff will try their best to communicate and negotiate with the restaurant to adjust the Dining Time, but there is no guarantee that the adjustment will be successful. This depends on the restaurant's reservation situation on the day. If the change cannot be made, the tourist must adjust his itinerary in time and arrive at the restaurant as planned. If he fails to arrive on time and the restaurant cancels the seat and does not refund the money, we do not bear any liability for compensation and do not accept any form of complaints and negative reviews.

Gentleman are required to wear collared shirts, long trousers or elegant jeans and closed shoes (sneakers are not allowed). Please do not dress too casually with crew neck shirts, shorts and slippers.

Lady are required to wear suits or dresses, long skirts or elegant short skirts and tops. Do not wear overly casual clothes such as camisole, backless shirts, shorts, slippers, etc.

If the guest does not dress as required by the Hotel, the Hotel has the right to cancel the guest's reservation and charge a fee.

There is no minimum consumption for Lunch for children under 5 years old (inclusive), and there is no minimum consumption for Dinner for children under 8 years old (inclusive). Child do not need to make reservations. Please inform us if you have children accompanying you.

When placing an order for Lunch or Dinner, you will need to prepay part of the meal fee. The cost of the meal ordered on site and any Other expenses that exceed the prepaid amount will be borne by the guest. There is also a minimum per capita consumption, so please be sure to pay attention when placing an order.

The minimum charge per person for Lunch not sitting by the window is 250AED, and the minimum charge per person for lunch sitting by the window is 400AED. The minimum charge per person for Dinner not sitting by the window is 400AED, and the minimum charge per person for Dinner sitting by the window is 700AED. When we make a reservation, the default option is not sitting by the window. If you need a window seat, please communicate with the front desk to adjust.

Afternoon tea is a fixed Option, which is paid in full when the order is placed, and no fees are required on site.

Dinner starts at 9:30 pm, so be careful if you don't have enough time.
