I'll list the positive aspects: the bus picked us up on time, the air conditioning was on and it was very warm, and our guide, Jessie, was very kind and helpful! She speaks very good English! The transfer was very convenient, including a shuttle bus to the wall. On the bus, they offered to reserve tickets for the cable car and toboggan (I highly recommend them). The guide will show you to the cable car entrance or the hiking trail to the wall, so you won't get lost. A big thank you to Freya, the guide.
