We had a door to door pick up and drop off in a spacious luxury vehicle. Driver was able to navigate the city well. Our tour guide Sven was friendly and well informed of the different sites we visited. We were able to see all these site in the hours set which was really convenient for us given we only had one day to explore the lake. Sven was also great in helping us take photos at the key sites. Would highly recommend to anyone who is only in Hangzhou for a day.★
