Mr. Han, the driver, was very polite and provided excellent service. He was considerate of us in every way and offered helpful tips, which we greatly appreciated. He was very attentive to our needs, especially since we were traveling with a young child and elderly family members. He also arranged photo opportunities for us at each scenic spot and reminded us to be careful of the road conditions, which was very kind of him.

The driving was excellent and safe, and the guidance was perfect. The only downside was that it took a little longer than expected to buy horse oil at the folk village, but everything else was wonderful! The driver shared many stories about Jeju Island, and he was very handsome, which delighted the ladies! Thank you for sending us photos as well. The vehicle was also very spacious and comfortable. Mr Kim opened up all of our senses towards a new appreciation for Jeju Island’s cultural heritage, historical references and a new-found love towards humanity’s ultra-diverse co-existence with nature and all the elements. He was not only our guide for this private tour but he educated us with AI-inspired narratives that explained all of our destinations. Our intellectually stimulating conversations about these UNESCO Heritage sites and all the stories and experiences he had as a local and as an expert made it unique and worthwhile! There was never a dull moment with Mr Kim!He can even take photos and take charge of your camera with precision and fantastic angles! He will go an extra mile and beyond to secure your awesome photo spot! We had an absolutely fantastic trip yesterday! The whole experience was very well organized, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. We learned a lot about Jeju, the local culture, and the places we visited. The Lunch was also really good and made the experience even better. But the real highlight was our guide, Jeju-Mama Elin. She was absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and incredibly passionate about Jeju. She made the whole trip feel personal and special.

Wow what can I say. From the first communication from Sam to the drop off was exceptional. We were actually expecting a 30 seater coach and instead a beautiful car turned up with the comfortable seats ever. Sam was a brilliant host and tour guide there are not enough words to describe. Every stop was explained before we arrived. Sam helped direct us to what ever route we needed to go. If we needed a bit more time he was accommodating. He also spoke from a personal side which we really liked and made it feel really personal. He explained also about Korean life and culture. Through out the trip Sam took photos even when we didn’t know …when we saw them we laughed in a good way as it was like a wedding photographer, I loved the fact we didn’t know he took some, as they were the best. Would I recommend this tour…definitely and if you are lucky enough to get Sam it will make all the difference. He is a credit to the company. Thank you Sam , from B & V
