Important notes before booking:
1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our platform. Due to real-time updates of product information and market price fluctuations, the details may differ from what was displayed at the time of booking. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the itinerary arrangements, cost details, cancellation/change policies, and other terms.
2. Once registration is successfully completed, no cancellation or change requests will be accepted within 48 hours before departure. For requests made within the allowed cancellation period, a processing fee of 100 CNY per person will be deducted.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 min in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed seating or eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Such situations are caused by force majeure and do not constitute a breach of contract. Please be aware of this.

7. Group ticket for adults aged 13–99 and children aged 2–11.
8. It is recommended to bring warm outerwear, gloves, hats, waterproof outdoor clothing, and hiking boots.
The pick-up time is from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM in Reykjavik city center, depending on your accommodation location. The pick-up service will begin according to the departure time shown on your admission voucher and may take up to 30 minutes. Please wait at the designated location for the vehicle.
Pick-up service is not available outside Keflavík Airport and the city area.
