The customer service was very efficient, answering all questions patiently and explaining things thoroughly, so there was absolutely no need to worry! The driver (name: Saroj Phayakmaroeng) was also very professional and friendly, with safe and excellent driving skills, and always attentive to the needs of passengers. He even arrived at the pick-up point an hour early to wait for us, which was really kind of him 🥹 Overall, I highly recommend him!

I frequently visit Bangkok, and the price was reasonable, so I booked. They provided detailed meeting instructions, so I didn't get lost at the airport, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable throughout the trip. I arrived in Pattaya without any issues. However, the airport was extremely crowded, so I had to wait outside the airport to find my name sign. Nevertheless, the overall transportation was convenient and satisfactory, considering the price.

A great way to get to the Siam Outlet on a budget and without the hassle, even though it's located a bit inconveniently. The bus was organized, the driver scanned my QR code, and the bus departed the outlet promptly at 4:00 PM. The trip was comfortable.

This service accepts same-day bookings, which was really convenient for me. I was able to book it just in time before my arrival. Although I felt a bit nervous as a solo traveler late at night, especially because the pickup sign was a little hard to spot among others, the customer service and agency were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to find me. I definitely recommend this service for your pick-up needs! They are genuinely friendly and welcoming.


