1. (Up to 4 people) Shared flight with transfer package ordering guide: - For 1 person: Order 1 package (includes round-trip transfer for 1 five-seat vehicle for 8 hours) - For 2 people: Order 1 shared flight with transfer package + 1 package without transfer - For 3 people: Order 1 shared flight with transfer package + 2 packages without transfer - For 4 people: Please order the chartered flight package

Flights from Chamarel Seven Colored Earth Geopark operate on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; flights from the northern apron operate daily.

3. For flights departing from and arriving at Chamarel Seven Colored Earth Geopark, the departure time slot cannot be known in advance. The helicopter office will notify you of the departure time slot only 1 day in advance. Please consider carefully if this is acceptable. For flights departing from and arriving at the northern helipad, the helicopter office will inform you of the departure time slot when confirming your booking. To avoid affecting your itinerary, we recommend not scheduling the helicopter activity on the same day as other activities, as changes in departure time slots may impact your other plans. If changes in the airline's departure time slots affect your other activities, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any financial losses incurred. Your understanding is appreciated.

For the helicopter tour, please arrive 30 minutes before departure to check in. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.

5. If the departure cannot take off due to weather conditions or mechanical failure, cancellation is allowed without penalty. However, if the trip is canceled due to subjective personal reasons, the transportation fee and any actual incurred costs will be deducted.
