The tour operator was prompt in contacting me after I made the reservation, and they were professional and helpful. Unfortunately I had to cancel my stop at Shaxi quite last minute since my mother injured her knee, but the team was prompt in assisting me to change it to a direct transfer from Dali to Lijiang instead so that we could arrive Lijiang earlier to rest. Thanks again!

I especially want to commend the service staff for being friendly and professional. They not only answered all our questions meticulously but also helped with many details.
