
Starting today, all passengers traveling to Macau are requested to arrive at the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal gate 30 minutes earlier to allow sufficient time for required customs clearance procedures. Thank you for your cooperation.
Booking Information
1.Each person is limited to purchasing 6 sets of round-trip boat tickets.
2. To allow sufficient time for staff to assist with verifying the required entry documents, passengers must enter the gate and board the ferry at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
3. According to Hong Kong authorities' instructions, passengers with a body temperature exceeding 38°C will not be allowed to enter the pier or board the ship.
Passenger notice:
When booking, the name and first 4 digits of the ID/passport number must be provided for each passenger. The ID document must be presented for verification when entering the gate.
The booking confirmation QR code will be sent to the provided email or displayed on the booking details page. Each passenger must ensure they can present the booking confirmation QR code on their smartphone when entering the gate.
eBoarding boat tickets are not available for pickup at ticket offices or self-service ticket machines.
Passengers must allow sufficient time for immigration procedures. If boarding is delayed due to the above or other reasons, the passenger will be responsible for the delay.
Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled.

Checked baggage
Each passenger can carry one piece of hand luggage (not exceeding 20 kg, size: 60 × 20 × 35 cm). All luggage exceeding these limits must be checked.
Checked baggage notices:
Checked baggage time slot: 45 minutes to 20 minutes before departure.
All overweight, oversized, or excessive baggage must be checked in during baggage service hours.
You can only check baggage onto the ship you are boarding.
Passengers who check in their baggage late and their baggage will be transferred to the next available flight.
Checked baggage is calculated per piece, and the corresponding fees must be paid according to the fee schedule.
If checked baggage is not claimed within 60 minutes of the flight's arrival time after being delivered to the destination terminal, it will be considered unclaimed and stored at the baggage service department. Passengers who retrieve their baggage later will be required to pay the applicable storage fees according to the company's baggage storage charges.
