A staff member will contact you before 21:00 on the day before your trip. For bookings made after 21:00 on the same day, they will contact you within half an hour. Please ensure your phone is available for calls.
If you need to catch a flight or high-speed train on the day of travel, please contact customer support in advance to avoid delays. Our agency will not be responsible for any losses caused by failure to notify us beforehand.
Luggage can be stored in the vehicle. During major holidays such as National Day or Lunar New Year, pick-up will be arranged approximately 1 hour earlier to ensure sufficient sightseeing time and reduce congestion. We appreciate your understanding.
If there is traffic congestion on the day of travel or if the arranged vehicle is not on the way, we may arrange a taxi for your convenience to avoid delays in your itinerary. The cost will be reimbursed by us.
During major holidays such as Lunar New Year, Labor Day, and National Day, groups of 8/6/5 people may share one guide across 2-3 vehicles. We appreciate your understanding.
