4. If "Seat reservations required" is displayed when checking a route in the APP, it means that seat reservations are required for this route. Whether you can make a reservation is subject to actual circumstances. For popular routes, please make reservations at least 2 weeks in advance.

[Train facilities and services]

French high-speed train TGV: Provide clean and tidy carriage environment, spacious and comfortable seats, and high-quality and considerate services. The trains are divided into single-decker and double-decker trains, but all are non-smoking trains. Each seat is equipped with a personal reading light, which is convenient for passengers to work, read or use electronic devices on the train. There are also spacious luggage storage areas within the sight of passengers. Large luggage can be placed in the luggage storage area between two carriages or between seats, and small luggage can be placed on the luggage rack above the seat.

First class carriage (French high-speed train TGV):

• The seating arrangement is 2+1, with individual seats + private space, and the seat tilt can be electrically controlled.
• Adjacent seating or club spaces are available, allowing two or four travelers to work together.
• Power socket for laptop or mobile phone.
• Two large pieces of luggage and one piece of hand luggage are allowed with no weight limit. Each piece of luggage must be affixed with a label indicating the passenger's identity.

[Pass validity period]

Activation date: refers to the first usage date selected when the pass is bound to the APP.

1. Before the pass is bound to the APP and activated:

This pass is valid for activation within 11 months from the date of issue (purchase) (except for promotional products stated otherwise) and will become invalid upon expiration.

For example, if the pass is purchased on January 1st, before it is activated, the pass is valid for 11 months starting from January 1st and can be activated on any day within 11 months.

2. After the pass is activated by binding the APP:

The validity period of the pass starts from the first travel date selected when the pass is bound to the APP, and it must be used for N consecutive days.

For example, if you purchased a continuous 15-day package on January 1st, and you chose to start using it on February 1st when binding the APP, the validity period will be calculated from February 1st selected during activation and will expire on February 15th.
