You can add as many passes to your device as you like. Once you activate your pass on a trip, you can also transfer it to another device (one time only). If you are traveling as a group and have multiple passes on one device, everyone will need to travel together on all trips.
If you are traveling with multiple people, you can activate multiple tickets on the same phone at the same time. If you have multiple passes on your phone, please note the following:
(1) Each pass must create a separate itinerary in the App
(2) If you have already created an itinerary, you can copy the existing itinerary and link the copy to another pass. Please give each itinerary a different name so that you can manage all your itineraries.
(3) When checking the tickets, you will need to show the ticket for each member using the pass. Please select other passes in "My Pass" and click "Show ticket".
(4) The ticket inspector will scan the QR code to check whether the train you are taking matches the train shown on your ticket. They will also check your personal information and may ask to see your passport or ID card.
4. Traveling with children?
Children's passes need to be activated like regular passes and can be placed on a separate device. Children's passes should always have their own travel and ticket so they can be checked on the train.
Children under 4 years old travel free and do not need to purchase a separate pass.
