Product details
Trip duration: 4 hours (about 3 hours of ice time).
How to get there: Go to the meeting point by yourself and sign in first.
Age requirement: Children under 9 years old are not allowed to participate. The price is the same for both sizes.
Special note: Glacier itineraries are subject to weather restrictions and may be canceled if the weather is bad. Departure time: Arrive at the meeting point and check in at least 10 minutes before departure time.
Optional departure times throughout the year are 8:50 and 11:50; departure times at 14:50 are available from September 18 to April 6.

How to use
1. After the reservation payment is successful, we will process your order within 24 hours. If the reservation is successful, the e-ticket will be sent directly to your email; if the reservation fails, we will contact you to modify or refund;
2. The processing time may be delayed due to incomplete information. Please keep your contact information open after placing the order so that we can contact you in time to supplement and complete the information;
3. Please carefully read the confirmation information received in the mailbox, and present the paper version (self-printed) or electronic ticket (E-ticket) confirmation 15 minutes before the gathering time on the day of travel. The final information shall be subject to the confirmation form.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
At least 9 years old. The weight does not exceed 116kg. No experience required.
Bring any necessary medications, 3-4 layers of warm upper body clothing, sunglasses and sunscreen, drinks and snacks, and a camera. Drones are not allowed and jeans are not recommended.
The tour requires 2 people to operate. If there are less than 2 people in your group, the operator will do their best to allow you to travel with others.
