• If an error message appears when scanning the QR Code, please first confirm whether the eSIM has been successfully added in "Settings → Cellular Network" on the device.
• If you install it before arriving at destination, you may see a message such as "Activating" or "Unable to activate eSIM". Do not delete it. You can temporarily turn off eSIM and turn it on again after arriving.
[eSIM activation reminder]
The eSIM will be automatically activated after you arrive at destination and complete the installation. If you purchase a plan that covers multiple countries, please do not install it in any supported country in advance to avoid premature activation and affecting the validity period and rights.
[Network and connection precautions]
Signal quality may be affected by factors such as location, terrain, building shielding, number of users and weather. Actual connection conditions depend on the coverage of local operators. When 5G is not available, the device will automatically connect to 4G/LTE.
