Day 1You'll depart from central London early in the morning. As you drive towards the small town of Windsor, the city's grand buildings gradually turn into open green spaces.<img src="https://ak-d.tripcdn.com/images/0356j12000ehui3ij4726_Z_1000_0.jpg" source="ttd" imageid="39039344" sourcewidth="1080" sourcehight="607">Here you can choose to explore the ornate architecture and royal furnishings of Windsor Castle*, or wander the cobbled streets of this historic market town. You will then leave this modern-day grandeur behind and head to one of the great wonders of the Neolithic Age, Stonehenge. These remarkable stones transport you into a long-forgotten world, and the visitor centre gives you a glimpse into the creation of this extraordinary artifact. For lunch, there is a fantastic cafe serving pies, ales and lovely local produce.<img src="https://ak-d.tripcdn.com/images/0353r12000ehuhaja053B_Z_1000_0.jpg" source="ttd" imageid="39039386" sourcewidth="1080" sourcehight="608">Your final stop of the day is Bath. You'll arrive in the late evening - time for an evening walk, dinner along the waterways, and a well-deserved night's rest. *Please note that your optional visit to Windsor may not be guaranteed and sometimes admission ticket may sell out. Day 2It's time to explore the green and golden streets of Bath. This morning you can admire Bath Abbey and its beautiful Georgian architecture on your own, and even visit the Roman Baths*.<img src="https://ak-d.tripcdn.com/images/0356s12000ehuhxcn00D0_Z_1000_0.jpg" source="ttd" imageid="39039400" sourcewidth="1080" sourcehight="607">Afterwards, you'll travel along country roads to Castle Combe, one of the most picturesque villages in the Cotswolds. Here you'll have time to snap the perfect photo of the famous bridge and marvel at the medieval Market Cross monument.<img src="https://ak-d.tripcdn.com/images/0353512000ehuhf5g16B9_Z_1000_0.jpg" source="ttd" imageid="39039435" sourcewidth="1080" sourcehight="608">Oxford is the penultimate stop on your adventure.
