How to use

1. After purchasing the experience, you'll receive a confirmation email/mobile (app) voucher.

The admission voucher will be sent after the merchant confirms your reservation.

2. Arrive at the venue 20 min before the experience on the day.

3. Present your admission voucher and complete the boarding declaration form.

4. Please follow the instructions for boarding.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 70% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

1. You must arrive at the venue 20 min before the trip starts. (ID required)

2. Children under 24 months old can travel for free, please be sure to bring their passport. (Copies or photos are acceptable)

3. Due to weather/special circumstances on the day of the experience, it may not be possible to participate for safety reasons. In such cases, a 100% refund will be provided.

4. Operates normally even in rainy weather (raincoats provided). However, in case of suspension due to severe weather conditions (rough seas, typhoons, storm warnings), a 100% refund will be issued.

5. Motion sickness medication is provided free of charge upon request for those who suffer from severe car sickness.

6. Admission is allowed with pet cages (dogs can ride for free)

7. Life jackets must be worn during the ride. Please inform us in advance if you require wheelchair assistance.

8. Smoking is prohibited on the yacht. If smoking is detected, you may be fined on the spot.

9. In addition to food, simple beverages are allowed.

10. No refund will be issued for failure to comply with the boarding time.

11. The supplier may request adjustments based on the number of people and time of reservation.

12. On the day of your reservation, the supplier will contact you via phone, SMS, or messaging app (using the contact information provided during booking) to provide detailed directions. If you don't answer the call and arrive late, it will be considered a "no show" and no refund will be issued. Please take note.
