How to use

•All times are given in local time

•All visitors are required to select their desired boat departure timeslot on Trip.com at time of the booking

•Please present your booking confirmation or e-voucher at ticket hut to receive your ticket

•Meeting point: Tangalooma Wharf located at 220 Holt Street, Pinkenba QLD 4008

•Please arrive at the meeting point to check in at least 1 hour prior to departure time

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

The cruise departs at 7:30 AM or 10:00 AM from Brisbane and regardless of your departure time you will begin the whale watching tour at 12:00 PM.
The dolphin feeding experience is dependent on dolphin attendance, tides and weather conditions. The dolphins are wild, therefore arrival is not guaranteed, though there is a 98% chance of arrival
Wear something you do not mind getting wet for the dolphin feeding experience
Tour return time varies throughout the year according to sunset times. Tour departs Moreton Island at approximately 7:00 PM in winter and 7:30 PM in autumn and spring. Tour returns back to Brisbane approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes later
