1. Free pick-up and drop-off service is available within the second ring road of Kunming city. For areas beyond this range, a paid pick-up service can be arranged, with specific fees to be confirmed by customer support or staff.
2. Same-day car rental does not include airport pick-up or drop-off services. If you require airport transfer, additional fees apply: CNY100 per trip for a 5-seater, CNY140 per trip for a 7-seater, CNY160 per trip for a 9-seater, and CNY300 per trip for a 14-seater.
3. To ensure driver safety and adequate rest, we will not contact drivers for bookings made after 23:30. Our staff will confirm tour details before 24:00, and the driver will contact you around 8:00 AM on the day of your trip.
