[Sanyo-San’in Area Pass 7 Day]

Reserved seat tickets can be exchanged for unlimited times. ※The original ticket can be used to board the unreserved train directly. ※From the 7th time, you need to manually reserve tickets at the green window.

· Sanyo-San'in Area pass is valid for unlimited travel in the valid area on the map.Valid trains are below (Reserved seats):

- Reserved seats on SANYO SHINKANSEN (Shin-Osaka⇔Hakata)

· This pass can be used for "Hello Kitty Shinkansen".

· Reserved seats on Limited Express Train HARUKA,YAKUMO,KONOTORI etc.

* For reserved seating, ensure you book your seats before boarding the train.

* Non-reserved seating is not available on trains with exclusively reserved seats.

- Special Rapid Services, Rapid Services, and Local trains on JR-WEST Conventional lines

- JR WEST MIYAJIMA FERRY (Miyajimaguchi⇔Miyajima)

· The pass is only valid on WEST JAPAN JR BUS route buses within the valid area. The pass cannot be used on expressway buses.

* These trains below cannot be used:Bullet Train "TOKAIDO SHINKANSEN" (Shin-Osaka⇔Tokyo), Bullet Train "KYUSHU SHINKANSEN" (Hakata⇔Kagoshima-Chuo)

* Paid seating services, such as A-seat, are available on Local, Rapid, and Special Rapid trains in the Kansai area.

* 1 First Class (Green)/Sleeper Tickets and separate Express Tickets are required.

* 2 When using reserved seating, make sure to reserve seats in advance before boarding.

* 3 Non-reserved seating is not available on trains with exclusively reserved seats.

* 4 Separate First Class (Green) Tickets for Local Services are required.

* 5 The pass covers only the fare for assigned seating (such as A-Seat) on Local, Rapid, and Special Rapid trains in the Kansai area.

* 6 Only JR-WEST Miyajima Ferry is valid.When visiting Miyajima, a visitation tax of 100 yen must be paid upon boarding the Miyajima Ferry (as of October 2023).

1. Non-Japanese tourists visiting Japan

2. A Visa ( tourist visa, official visa, three-year multiple-entry visa, etc.)

Note: Long-term Visa cannot be purchased (study visas, work Visa, etc.).

The same passenger is not allowed to purchase or redeem multiple identical tickets during the same period.

[How to use]

1. Confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is made.

2. Please go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical ticket by scanning QR code of e-ticket and non-Japanese passport.

※If the machine breaks down or the passport have no IC chip, please proceed to JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange physical ticket.

3. Then, the physical pass is successfully redeemed.

4. Exchanging reserved seat tickets: before getting on the train, please go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical reserved seat tickets by the area pass.

Have Fun in YAMAGUCHI Pass 1 Week Free Pass (5 facilities):

■How to use: Passengers will receive a PDF file in the mailbox after booking,

please show the QR-Code at the facility during the visit, or present the ticket.

■The same facility can only be used once, and the same facility can not be re-entered

■Ticket validity period: After scanning the code at the first facility, it is valid for 7 days

EX: If you start to use it on 7/1 ⇒ Validity period: 7/1~7/7

■Available facilities: You can use 5 facilities during the valid period

■Please note that when you purchase more than one ticket in a reservation, the starting date will apply to all tickets. (The validity period is 7 days).

■When the ticket has been used, the 7-day validity period will not exceed the 30-day validity period of the ticket itself.

EX: Ticket period: 7/1~9/28, if the ticket starts on 9/27, the valid time is: 9/27~9/28.

■Facilities that are unused cannot be cashed out.
