1. The fast-track service only provides expedited clearance to save entry time. If denied entry, fees are non-refundable.
2. If your passport or visa/nationality has issues such as overstaying, renewal, frequent entries, visa runs, extensive Southeast Asia records, or long-term stays, please inform us in advance to opt for the guaranteed clearance package.
3. Thai passports cannot be accepted. Please do not make a booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Customs clearance process:
After placing the booking, customer support will contact you to request your passport homepage and departure flight ticket. Upon arrival, proceed to the meeting point where staff will assist you through the VIP fast track for customs clearance, concluding the service.
1. The passport has no adverse records. If it does, please inform us in advance as the price for guaranteed clearance will differ (e.g., previously holding a Thai Buddhist study visa, volunteer visa, over two extensions of pandemic visas, single stays exceeding one month, multiple round-trip entries within a year, detention, visa denied, deportation, re-entry permits, extensive Southeast Asia travel history, or overstays are all considered adverse records).
2. Immigration procedures are handled at the transit location. If the time difference between the two flights is less than two and a half hours, we currently cannot accommodate. We apologize for any inconvenience (if you are unable to transit on the same day of arrival in Thailand, please disregard).
3. Our company will not be responsible for any visa denial, deportation, or detention due to personal reasons.
4. Book at least 2 hours in advance (Please contact customer support before booking)
5. After successful booking, the confirmation will be sent to the contact person's email. You can view important information such as product details and service contact numbers. Please read carefully and consider printing it for your convenience (if printed, do not modify the content and keep the page neat). You may also present the e-voucher via mobile device. Please verify if there are any anomalies in the info, and customer support will confirm availability (the above applies only to Thailand and is unrelated to other countries).
6. No refund will be provided if you fail to reach the designated meeting point due to personal reasons and proceed with customs clearance on your own. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Order a package including a golf cart. If your flight is parked in the expansion area, take the subway out and then ride the golf cart.
