Airport Pick-up Instructions

1. To ensure timely and accurate airport transfer, please complete all information and confirm the flight landing/

Departure airport.

2. The driver will wait for free for 90 minutes after your flight arrival time if you need to go through immigration.

If you need more time to complete other related procedures, please inform customer support to make a note, and the driver will continue to wait.

However, the overtime fee is 30 CNY per half hour and should be paid directly to the driver in Vietnamese Dong.

3. If you exceed the free waiting time for airport pick-up and do not contact us, the driver will no longer wait.

It will be considered as voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be issued.

4. If your flight is delayed or your flight number changes, please notify us at least 2 hours before your original vehicle rental duration.

Notify us in advance, otherwise you will be responsible for any losses incurred due to failure to inform.

Airport drop-off instructions

1. Please wait for your driver in the hotel lobby at the agreed time, the driver will look for you in the lobby.

Please board the vehicle after verifying the information.

2. The free waiting time for airport drop-off is 20 minutes. If you do not appear within 20 minutes,

The driver will no longer wait in the hotel lobby, and it will be considered as your automatic forfeiture with no refund.
