We had a wonderful day trip! We booked a day in advance through the Trip.com mobile app, and although we weren't departing from Sapporo, thanks to excellent communication and understanding, we were able to join the group at Asahiyama Zoo on time. Our guide, Sophia, was incredibly attentive, communicating in Japanese, English, and Mandarin to ensure everyone understood the itinerary.
We had ample time to explore and take photos at each attraction. One pleasant surprise was the unexpected opportunity to see the Biei Christmas tree up close, something we had originally planned to only view from the bus. Thanks to Sophia and the driver's on-site assessment, the entire group was able to get off the bus for photos!
Speaking of the driver, he could also communicate with us in Japanese and Mandarin. Since our hotel was located in Asahikawa and we weren't returning to Sapporo by tour bus, the guide and driver even checked the public bus schedules after New Year's Day to understand any special changes and arrangements. Their meticulous and patient service made our experience even more enriching.
At Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls, Sophia's explanations gave us a deeper understanding of these beautiful places. Heartfelt thanks to Trip.com for the arrangements, and to Gogoday for the day trip that added such unforgettable moments to our Hokkaido trip! 😄🙏★

We were staying in in Asahikawa and our tour guide Rii was wonderful in facilitating us being able to join and leave the tour . She was very helpful throughout the trip and was definitely one of the highlights in our booking.★

Our Chinese-speaking tour guide was from mainland China (Sister Bingbing). The meeting point was easy to find. The zoo was given a fair amount of time for a day trip, but it was just so much fun, and with lunch included, we felt the time was insufficient. The snowmobiles were really fun, and the snow at Shikisai-oka was perfect for snow activities. The guide also recommended the bakery next to the Fairy Terrace; the bread was absolutely delicious. Because the return trip to Sapporo took a while, we only had time for a short visit to the Fairy Terrace. Exploring all the shops on the terrace would take quite a bit of time. However, for just browsing and taking photos, the time was enough! It was my first time on a day trip, and I had a wonderful time. The beautiful snowy scenery along the way was truly breathtaking, especially for someone from my country who rarely sees snow!★

What a great trip! Besides the Stone Wave, we stopped at the zoo, Mulka Cave, Hippopotamus's Mouth, a dog cemetery, the town of York, and saw the rabbit-proof fence that runs across Australia. We had a rustic lunch—rice, chicken in gravy, and salads. Overall, it's worth the trip; we loved everything.★

The itinerary was well-planned, and our tour guide, Bingbing, was incredibly kind. At the Asahikawa Zoo stop, she personally led us to the penguin parade area, where we found a great viewing spot. Along the way, she also recommended other attractions and local delicacies. The weather was fantastic today, and we visited all the attractions, plus the tour guide gave us 5 to 10 minutes more time than usual. We enjoyed local cuisine and bought some souvenirs we liked. So happy! 😃★

The pick-up time was spot on, and the highlight of the trip was watching the starry sky at the Pinnacles. I visited the Pinnacles last year during the day and was blown away by the magnificent natural scenery. This time, I returned, eager to see the starry sky. Despite the clouds, I was able to watch the sun gradually sink, and I was looking forward to the starry sky at night. However, the clouds gradually increased, and I began to feel unlucky and sad. I could only see five stars. Then, all of a sudden, the clouds parted, revealing a starry sky! I was so moved, so moved, so moved! It was a strange feeling, making me feel insignificant in the midst of nature. The food provided by the tour staff was also delicious! Thank you for such a wonderful tour.
It was midsummer in Perth, but the Pinnacles was very windy and cold at night. I brought a down light and was also lent a blanket.
