The Chinese Hobbit explained that there were only 8:50 in the morning, so the driver came to pick us up at 5:55 in the morning. We set off very early. We took us to have breakfast on the road (McDonald's or others at our own expense). The service was very good. We met the beautiful scenery along the way. We would stop and let us take pictures. When we arrived at the attraction, we helped us pick up the tickets, and we patiently told us the precautions, a great experience!★

The whole family had the most amazing day with Murray visiting thr Hobbiton village and the Glow worm caves. Murray was extremely knowledgeable and explained things and places with great detail. Bush and Beach are lucky to have him.
He made sure we had a great time in the bus, while we stopped for a coffee break, at the movie set and the caves. And all through the drive as well. ★

I flew in to Auckland for business and decided to get a last minute ticket with Bush and Beach. Trish reached out to confirm my attendance (reassured me that I wasn’t going to miss out) and gave me a debrief on when I was going to get picked up.
Damian picked us up just before scheduled and I had the pleasure of hearing how much information he knew about the history and culture of NZ and Percy Jackson.
It was a great experience overall but I have to give credit to Damian for going the extra mile!
