Hong Kong Airport Express
The Airport Express is known for its speed. It takes just 24 minutes to reach Central, with trains departing every 10 minutes. No traffic jams mean a more relaxed journey. The comfortable onboard environment is another highlight worth mentioning.
The airport express offers a variety of featured services, including free in-town check-in and self-service baggage drop, Wi-Fi broadband, and more, all dedicated to providing passengers with a fast and comfortable travel experience.
The Airport Express station is seamlessly connected to Hong Kong International Airport without any entry/exit gates, allowing travelers to avoid carrying heavy luggage through various access points.

1. Train service hours
The Airport Express runs every 10 minutes, taking approximately 24 minutes from the airport to Central in downtown, about 18 minutes to Kowloon Station, and around 14 minutes to Tsing Yi Station.
From the airport to the city center:
To city center: First train 5:54 AM, last train 12:48 AM
From city center to airport:
Hong Kong: First train 05:50, last train 00:48
Kowloon: First train 05:53, last train 00:52
Tsing Yi: First train 06:00, last train 00:59
Passengers taking the last train must enter the station at least 5 minutes before departure.

2. Information about each stop
Airport Express airport station
The Airport Station is connected to Hong Kong International Airport, providing passengers with effortless and welcoming access to and from the airport.
Arriving passengers can proceed through the baggage claim hall to collect their luggage and clear customs, then go directly from the airport pick-up hall to the Airport Express platform at the airport station. They can board the Airport Express train to the city center and exit using their ticket or QR code. Departing passengers can enter the Airport Express train at city stations, disembark at the airport station, and proceed directly to the airline check-in counters in the departure hall (7th floor) of the terminal building.
Tsing Yi Airport Express Station
Tsing Yi Station is located at the heart of a large-scale development project near Tsing Yi North Bridge. The station is topped by Maritime Square, a shopping and entertainment mall designed with an oceanic theme. The station offers convenient access, allowing passengers to reach it via the MTR and other transportation options, while also providing ample parking spaces for drivers.
Hong Kong Airport Express Station
Hong Kong Station is located in the heart of Central's business and shopping district, connected to Central MTR Station for convenient access to all parts of Hong Kong. Passengers can reach Hong Kong Station via MTR or other public transportation, and the station also provides ample parking spaces for commuters.
Kowloon Station Airport Express
Kowloon Station is located in the Tsim Sha Tsui area at the southern tip of West Kowloon, integrating residential, commercial, retail, and parking facilities. The station offers excellent transportation access, with direct connections to the MTR and various other transit options. Adjacent to Kowloon Station is the Elements shopping mall, spanning approximately 900,000 square feet and featuring a diverse range of renowned retailers, ensuring a fulfilling shopping experience.

Airport Express passengers can check in and drop off their baggage at the counters in Hong Kong Station or Kowloon Station from 90 minutes to 24 hours before their flight departure time. (Passengers need to use an Octopus card or Airport Express ticket to enter the in-town check-in area. The fare will be deducted upon entering the check-in area and will not be deducted again when entering the platform.)
Baggage checked in at the urban check-in counters must not exceed 145 cm (length) x 100 cm (width) x 85 cm (height) in size and 32 kg in weight. If you have any questions, please consult the staff of Cathay Pacific, Hong Kong Airlines, or the Airport Express stations.

1. Hotel shuttle service
Currently, some hotels provide shuttle services to and from the Hong Kong Station or Kowloon Station of the Airport Express. Passengers can wait at the designated hotel shuttle pick-up area. For details:

All Airport Express trains provide passengers with free Wi-Fi broadband service. Passengers can use their built-in Wi-Fi enabled portable devices to enjoy high-speed Internet access.
How to connect to the free Wi-Fi network:
1. Go to "Settings" > Turn on Wi-Fi > Select the network name "MTR Free Wi-Fi"

Free charging facilities in designated carriages
During the journey, Express passengers don't need to worry about running out of power for their portable electronic devices. Charging facilities are available in both the first and last carriages of the Express train, allowing passengers to charge their mobile communication devices such as phones and laptops.

Product Description
Booking restrictions:
1) Child tickets are for ages 3–11, while Adult Tickets are for ages 12 and above. This voucher does not include Senior tickets. MTR staff may request valid identification from passengers.
2) Passengers holding group flight tickets cannot check in online in advance. Please plan your itinerary and arrange your time accordingly.
Booking notice:
1) This ticket has no travel direction restrictions. Round-trip tickets are not available for children. If a child needs a round-trip ticket, please book 2 one-way tickets.
2) When booking, please provide your name in English letters (or pinyin) as shown on your ID and a valid email address to receive the e-voucher.
