How to use

Please select the actual date of use when booking. The staff will issue tickets based on the date of use. Tickets can be redeemed as early as 1 day before the date of use. After the reservation is successful, you will receive a QR code from Trip.com. Please use the QR code to pick up the tickets.

[Akihabara LAOX counter]

Counter address: Sokanda 1-chome 2-, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 9LAOX Akihabara store 1F counter

business hours: 10:00-17:00

※ It is a three-minute walk from the Akihabara Station Electric Town exit. When entering, please enter from the Chow Tai Fook store entrance and walk in. The LAOX counter is near the watch area.

[Haneda Airport GLOBAL WIFI Counter]

After purchasing a JR PASS Tokyo Wide Area Railway Pass for pickup at Haneda Airport, you will receive a QR code and a pdf of a SIM card coupon that can be used at the ticket exchange counter. Present the QR code and your passport to pick up your ticket at the designated counter, and you will receive a 500 yen discount on your SIM card upon presentation of the pdf.

Counter opening hours: 06:30-23:00

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.

The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.

Important note

Please carefully confirm whether the travel plan and reservation information are accurate when booking (must be the same as the information on the passport). After paying for the booking, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled for any reason.

Please present your original passport for redemption. (Passport photos, photocopies and other documents cannot be used for redemption)

Please bring your physical ticket and passport with you when taking the express.

If you take a train outside the applicable area of this rail pass or go to an area outside the scope, you will need to pay an additional fee.

Please purchase this ticket 1 month in advance

You can't use the same passport to redeem for multiple travel passes within the same validity period. There is a limit of 10 tickets per booking.
