Our tour guide, Xiaopeng, was professional, responsible, meticulous, and thoughtful. He possessed extensive professional knowledge and was extremely dedicated to his work, adding much color to our trip. I booked a local tour through Ctrip. There was no shopping throughout the trip, and it was a private car. I was fortunate to meet our guide, Xiao Kang, who arranged the itinerary reasonably, making it comfortable and not tiring. He was professional and patiently explained everything in detail, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of the history and culture of Dujiangyan. We were also very lucky to see many adorable pandas eating and playing in Panda Valley. We also enjoyed Sichuan opera face-changing and blue tears performances, which brought the trip to a perfect end. I sincerely thank Guide Kang and the driver. Five stars all around!

Our tour guide, Xiao Zhou, spoke clearly and offered helpful reminders at every turn. I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up when I booked the tour, but thanks to Xiao Zhou's guidance, the journey went smoothly, and I even had plenty of time to take many photos of the Golden Summit and unforgettable snowscapes. The three rows of seats were comfortable, and the optional lunch was crucial! It replenished my energy for the 1.5km hike up the mountain. Thank you for allowing me to accomplish the impossible. An unforgettable experience.

A great journey overall~ Only two of us signed up for this trip and we decided to hike. Mark is a great guide and very knowledgable. It’s a fun and wonderful trip and we even have a red panda coming up for a nice portrait shot.

I felt this tour wasn't as worthwhile as the previous day's Panda Base + Sanxingdui tour. The tour guide only talked for less than an hour. Actually, if you do your research beforehand, you can see Dujiangyan without a guide. The service was still good, though, and the driver was very friendly. The drive from Chengdu to Dujiangyan takes about an hour. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't climb Guanshan Mountain opposite Dujiangyan. Guanxian Ancient Town isn't particularly interesting during the day, but it's much more beautiful at night with the lights on. The blue tears phenomenon is definitely worth taking photos of; it's very beautiful. The rushing and vast Minjiang River and the wisdom of the ancient people were both awe-inspiring.


