The biggest "God help" non-Eurail Pass for this European trip is nothing! Activate in China in advance, check the time, book a seat, and check the ticket directly in the App. It is really worry-free and efficient! From France to Italy, the small town stops and island hopping trips are super flexible, and I stop at any time, so that I am no longer bound by the rigid itinerary. Especially in Switzerland, the golden train and Jungfrau line are worth the fare! Save a lot of ticket costs, and experience the dreamy scenery outside the window.
And you don’t have to queue up to buy tickets every time, you are not afraid of language. Many stations also support electronic pass scanning codes to enter and exit. The experience is full. It is recommended that friends who like to travel freely and want to explore many countries in depth like me. Be sure to try the Eurorail pass. It is really a "free traffic pass". Turn the journey into a landscape!★

Reviews: From Madrid: Toledo and Segovia Full-Day Tour With Tickets

This was a great taster trip of historic Spain, taking in the important ancient cities of Toledo and Segovia and learning about the importance of these settlements throughout history. Our guide was Rocio, who was very knowledgeable and yet also ensured the trip was fun. There is a fair bit of walking which is fine, but may be a bit much if you’re not great at walking up hills (Toledo in particular is very unforgiving!)
The one downside - there’s a LOT of coach travel involved, which is a necessity due to the distance of all the sites visited. If you can’t put up with spending half the day on the road travelling between sites, then you may prefer a different tour. (Our driver for the day, Dany, did an exceptional job though so no criticism of him!)★
