Guests who wish to take the boat from Moji Port can purchase boat tickets on their own. ※If not taking the ferry, you will need to proceed directly by vehicle to Karato Fish Market and will not be able to visit the Moji Port area.
The bus will depart on time. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. No refunds will be provided if you miss the tour due to personal lateness. Please take note.
According to Japanese law, the vehicle usage time must not exceed 10 hours. Therefore, the guide may adjust the itinerary based on the actual situation of the day. Your understanding is appreciated.
We will do our best to accommodate your seat request. However, as this is a shared transfer tour, seats are primarily assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requests, please kindly note them in the remarks section. Since this is a shared transfer 1-day tour, please ensure you arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any additional costs or liabilities incurred due to tardiness. We appreciate your understanding.
In case of bad weather and other force majeure, the park may adjust the operation times of its amusement rides or performance times without prior notice, and may cancel certain rides and performances. We appreciate your understanding.
This activity may be adjusted based on weather and other factors. For your safety, staff have the authority to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual conditions on the day.
· The transportation, sightseeing, and stay times during the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the guide may reasonably adjust the order of activities without reducing the attractions in the itinerary, based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.
Each guest is allowed to bring one piece of baggage free of charge. Please note this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. If you bring additional baggage without informing us at least one day in advance, it may cause overcrowding in the vehicle and affect driving safety. The guide reserves the right to deny boarding, and no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
We will arrange different vehicle types according to the actual number of travelers. Please understand that specific vehicle types cannot be designated.
· During the group tour, you are not allowed to leave the group early or drop out midway. If you choose to leave the group during the tour, any uncompleted itinerary will be considered voluntarily abandoned with no refund provided. You will be solely responsible for any incidents that may occur after leaving the group. Your understanding is appreciated.
· Seasonal exclusive activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks festivals, snow viewings, hot spring seasons, festivals, etc.) are highly susceptible to climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to official notices for the latest updates. If no official cancellation notice is received, we will proceed as originally planned. If the flower season or special activities do not meet expectations, refunds will not be available. Please be advised.
Due to the long driving distance, the actual arrival time may be affected by traffic, weather, and other factors. The times provided are only estimates. Please avoid scheduling other activities after the itinerary on the same day. We will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays. Thank you for your understanding.
· In case of severe weather conditions such as typhoons or natural disasters, the entire itinerary may be canceled temporarily. Guests will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued.
· Guests with tattoos are not allowed to enter the hot spring facilities. Please use the private family hot spring at your own expense.
· Our company does not provide guide or vehicle information in advance. Please gather at the designated time and location on your own.
