I bought a 24-hour ticket and exchanged it at Rosio Station. Because there are many hills, I used public transportation to see the sights. The entrance to Lisbon Cathedral was not free, but I got a discount of €5.60. However, I saved about 4000 yen by visiting Ajuda Palace and the Jeronimos Monastery.★

We were two couples that did a private walking tour with Sara. She was amazing! High energy, friendly and knowledgeable which made the time fly by. Sara showed us all the important highlights of the different neighbourhoods and gave us some really interesting cultural and historical perspectives. We had a wonderful experience on this tour. There were only four of us, so it felt like a private tour. Our guide, Christie, was passionate, considerate, and very knowledgeable. She shared many pieces of local wisdom that helped us understand daily life here. She also recommended great restaurants and kindly reviewed our list of places to visit. The food, beer, and wine were offered generously and we were so full after the tour that we could hardly eat dinner. Highly recommend.
