The event itself was very good. I didn't realize it involved a train journey when booking. However, the process was absolutely fine. The guide was very friendly. Warner Bros. Studios are truly impressive. The timing of yesterday's visit was perfect. It wasn't overcrowded. I took some great photos and videos. There was no time pressure whatsoever. Return travel was completely flexible. The fact that the train ticket didn't work at the ticket machines wasn't a problem. The numerous station staff were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The lively atmosphere at Euston station, with its unusually high volume of trains, was fascinating. All in all, a top-notch event.★

Valentina was a fantastic guide for our Oxford and Warner Bros. Studios (Harry Potter) tour. She has a spectacular way of telling stories—mixing historical facts with fun anecdotes and ‘historical gossip’ that made everything come alive. Warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. To be honest, this tour was a bit expensive, but since I didn't have tickets for the Harry Potter factory, I had to join the tour. It was a pain to meet up after 7pm, and I slept on the bus. The English tour guide in Oxford was a middle-aged woman, and she was super fun. The itinerary was relatively simple. We wandered around the colleges for 1.5 hours without going into anything, and then had an hour of free shopping. The tour guide was mainly responsible for the on-board explanations, and we were on our own at the factory. The main cost was the bus and entrance fees. If you could get the tickets yourself, you wouldn't need to join the tour. The only benefit was that it allowed the kids to practice their English listening skills.
