Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

If you fail to attend the trip at the agreed time and location, it will be considered as automatic forfeiture and the full amount will be charged.
Ocean-going vessels are generally quite stable and less likely to cause seasickness. If you are prone to motion sickness, it's advisable to eat a light breakfast and take seasickness medication in advance.
The boat is equipped with life jackets for adults and children for each passenger. During the safety briefing, the crew will demonstrate how to wear a life jacket. Wearing a life jacket is not mandatory on board except in emergencies, but if you feel more comfortable wearing one, please inform the crew.
Food and beverages are not included in the price but can be purchased on board. The ship's café can accommodate various dietary needs (e.g., dairy-free, shellfish-free, gluten-free). However, if you have specific allergies or dietary requirements, we recommend bringing suitable food with you when boarding.
