Reference itinerary is as follows:
[13:00~15:00] The dune buggy will pick you up directly at the hotel (pick-up times vary by hotel zone, please wait at the hotel in advance to avoid delays).
[Around 16:00] Arrive at the desert meeting point, deflate the tires, and wait for the convoy to assemble. There are restrooms, lounges, and small shops available. You may also purchase tickets on-site for a 30-min self-drive off-road adventure or motorcycle ride (optional paid activities).
After 17:00, embark on an exhilarating desert safari adventure. After the dune bashing, take time for photos and quietly sit on the sand to watch the sunset on the horizon. This experience transitions from thrilling excitement to sunset intoxication, offering a truly unique sensation.
Around 17:45, the dune bashing activity will conclude. We'll then stop by the desert edge to refill the vehicle tires and clean the sand inside the car before heading to the camp, which is approximately a 25-minute drive away.
Arrive at the camp around 18:30, where you can enjoy a free camel riding experience outside the camp (or pay extra for a longer ride, approximately 20 AED).
[After 19:00] The camp offers free performances and dinner (light snacks around 19:30, main course around 20:00). Enjoy complimentary henna hand painting (or opt for paid custom designs), try Arabic shisha (approximately 60 AED per device), and immerse yourself in local culture with belly dance performances by Arabic dancers and fire shows (performance types and quantities may vary depending on camp arrangements or holidays, subject to the camp's daily schedule).
[Around 20:30-21:00] The performance concludes, and guests will board the vehicle arranged by the camp staff to return to the hotel, marking the end of the delightful Dubai desert dune bashing experience. Due to unpredictable road conditions, the estimated return time to the hotel is around 22:00 (subject to actual conditions on the day). It is not recommended to schedule other activities or flights for the evening.

Important Notes:
*. Winter pick-up time: around 13:00-15:00; Summer time: around 14:30-16:00 (subject to hotel location and actual arrangements on the day of transfer)
*. The specific time and license plate number will be notified to you after the vehicle is assigned on the same day, so please wait at the hotel in advance and keep your communication channels open. The driver will arrive at the hotel at the notified time, and we will contact you via the phone number, WeChat, or room phone you provided. To ensure all guests can enter the desert smoothly and on time without missing the sunset, the driver's waiting time usually does not exceed 15 minutes. If you are late or fail to show up due to personal reasons, it will be considered a no-show, and the driver will leave directly. Any consequences of absence due to personal reasons will be your own responsibility. Note: Seating arrangements in the vehicle cannot be guaranteed (if needed, please negotiate with fellow passengers; if unwilling to switch seats, please politely decline). For shared transfers, waiting up to 1 hour is normal, so please rest in your room and wait patiently.
The performance ends around 20:30, after which guests will board the return vehicle arranged by the camp staff. Due to unpredictable road conditions, the estimated return time to the hotel is around 22:00 (subject to actual conditions on the day). It is not recommended to schedule other evening activities or flights after this event.
*. According to local government regulations in Dubai, dune bashing vehicles are not permitted to stop at major shopping malls, airports, or tourist attractions. Violators will be fined, so pick-up and drop-off services are limited to hotels only.
*. For hotels within Dubai city limits, transfers are not provided outside the designated area. For other areas, please contact our online customer support for details.
*. The license plate and driver information will be promptly notified in the group after the campsite arranges the vehicles. Due to possible last-minute scheduling changes at the campsite, the license plate and driver information may be updated. Our company will immediately notify the group upon receiving any updates. If the arriving vehicle differs from the provided information, please consult in the group immediately. We will verify and handle the matter promptly.
*. The dune bashing vehicle type is a 7-seater off-road vehicle with no fixed color. The vehicle type is typically a Land Cruiser, Patrol, or equivalent model, with no specific model guaranteed - final arrangements depend on the camp's schedule for the day.
*. Under normal circumstances, the hotel transfer and dune bashing vehicle are the same, but it cannot be ruled out that the camp dispatch or special circumstances during holidays may arrange different vehicles for transfer and dune bashing. The specific arrangements will be subject to the notification on the day. Your understanding is appreciated.
*. After placing an order, a group will be created for communication and coordination, where our day and night shift customer support teams are available. Our customer support in both China and Dubai provides 18-hour online service, available until 9 PM Dubai time.

*. The campsite activities are scattered across different areas and require self-transportation to participate. If you cannot find any inclusions, please promptly consult the online customer support in the group chat. Any unused activities after the itinerary concludes will be considered voluntarily forfeited by the guest, and no partial refunds will be granted for this reason.
*The sightseeing duration may vary slightly due to urban traffic conditions, convoy travel time, etc., and will be subject to the actual itinerary of the day.
*. Children under 3 years old cannot join group tours (only private charter is available and parents must take care of their babies). Children aged 3-11 enjoy child pricing, while those aged 11 and above are charged the same as adults.

Pregnant women, individuals with severe illnesses, severe knee and bone diseases, acrophobia, mental and emotional disorders, physical disabilities, those who have undergone major surgery within the past 6 months, those with arm or leg injuries within the past 6 months, and those with chronic back or neck pain or other physiological/psychological conditions that may be easily stimulated or prone to tension are not eligible for participation.
*. For any illnesses concealed by travelers or those induced by travelers' own reasons during the dune bashing activity, we will make every effort to assist travelers in seeking medical treatment. However, we shall not be held responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the treatment or subsequent rehabilitation costs, nor will we compensate for any other travel activities affected as a result. Please be advised.
*. It is recommended to wear casual and loose clothing in summer and a light jacket in winter. Sandals or flip-flops are suitable for travel, with no specific requirements.
*. According to UAE tourism laws and for safety reasons, dune bashing guests are not allowed to bring suitcases of any size. Only small personal bags are permitted and must be kept by the guests themselves. Guests are fully responsible for any loss or misplacement of their belongings.
*. Free activities in the campground: If anyone charges for services within the campground, it is purely personal behavior. You have the right to refuse payment and can promptly contact customer support in the group chat for resolution if there are any misunderstandings due to personal communication.
*. The campsite offers optional paid activities with no mandatory purchases. Please check the prices clearly before deciding whether to purchase. If unsure, you can take photos and send them to our online customer support for confirmation to avoid misunderstandings. Note that some packages do not include alcoholic beverages.
· If the itinerary is affected by force majeure factors such as vehicle breakdown or heavy rain during the journey, no compensation or refund of any form will be accepted unless the desert safari camp notifies cancellation or changes.
*. Hannah's hand painting offers free simple hand tattoos, with options to pay for more intricate or custom designs (fees can be inquired on-site). As the artists are typically female due to the specificities of Muslim culture, they may decline to paint male customers. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect towards local customs.
*. The complimentary hookah experience at the campsite is only available in designated areas; an additional fee is required to enjoy it at your seat.
· The travel itinerary may be altered due to religious observances, holidays, or other reasons (specific activities are not regularly held, primarily including the suspension of belly dancing, whirling dervish performances, and alcoholic beverages during Ramadan).
*. The dune bashing vehicles are mobile and the desert camps experience high visitor traffic. Please keep your valuables with you at all times and do not leave them in the vehicle. In case of loss, we will assist with contacting relevant parties, but any costs and consequences shall be borne by the guest. If items are left in the vehicle or camp due to the guest's own negligence, we cannot guarantee recovery. Should found items require delivery back to your hotel by the driver, an additional $30 service fee will apply. Please take note.
*. Except under special circumstances, guests are not entitled to change their itinerary or sequence, and may not leave the group midway. As this is a shared transfer service, seating arrangements are random (if needed, please negotiate with fellow passengers; if unwilling to switch seats, please decline politely).
*. If you choose the desert safari join-in tour, pick-up will be arranged based on your hotel location and the camp's vehicle schedule. Please wait patiently for the driver's arrival. For private charter services, you can specify the pick-up time within the recommended hours provided by customer support.
*. The first meeting point camp will recommend optional ATV rides (ages 16-55 can ride ATVs for an additional fee, while ages 9-15 must be accompanied by an adult). The ATV ride is an optional activity (fees excluded) at the meeting point and is not mandatory. It is not recommended for non-professionals.
