Mount Cook is 270 km (approx. 3.5 hrs) from Queenstown and 340 km (approx. 4.5 hrs) from Christchurch. Please plan your transportation in advance!
4. This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to depart. If the number of travelers in your party is less than 4, we will try our best to arrange for you to join other guests. Only in rare cases will the group not be formed. If there are not enough travelers on the day of departure, you can negotiate to reschedule or cancel the tour for free.
5. For travelers going together, bookings must be made together and cannot be separated. If bookings are made separately, the operator cannot guarantee traveling together. Each aircraft accommodates up to 6 passengers. If the number exceeds this limit, one adult will be randomly assigned to the next available time slot. Travelers participating in the same time slot must be included in the same booking.
6. The seating arrangement in the helicopter may vary based on passenger weight distribution, and while window seats cannot be guaranteed for everyone, all passengers will have views of the glacial scenery outside.
