Your tour takes you through Stirling to the Glengoyne Distillery. A tour here will introduce you to the simple yet magical process of transforming barley, water and yeast into whisky. From here you will take a scenic drive to the shores of Loch Lomond for a delicious pub Lunch and the opportunity to sample some local beers. After Lunch we recommend a short walk to a viewpoint overlooking the loch before heading to our second distillery of the day. A converted cotton mill on the banks of the River Teith, the Deanston Distillery* has many interesting features and produces some unique whisky flavours. After a relaxing afternoon here, you’ll return to Edinburgh with the stories and flavours of single malt whisky. *Itinerary and winery visits are subject to change.
