Had a great day trip to Cinque Terre and Pisa with our tour guide Nathan Smith! He was lovely, friendly, knowledgeable. He also shared with us his photography expertise and also entertained us with fun facts and comedy SNL skits during the bus ride. Cinque Terre was beautiful. The weather was really hot when we went there so we appreciated that the hike at Manarola was not too long but comfortable and it got us to the scenic photo worthy spots. Also appreciated the lovely meal recommended by our tour leader at Monterosso. At the end of the tour Nathan also suggested some fun and popular food options back in Florence that were really great to explore and experience. Overall enjoyed the tour very much and thank you City Wonders Team for executing a wonderful beach getaway.★

I really liked the audio guide provided by the staff, as it indicated the location of the artworks in a numbered format, making it easy to follow and observe them. The information desk is very close to the Academy Museum.★

The pictures were great, and the paintings on the ceilings and walls were superb. The modern pictures pale in comparison to the old artworks. The treasury is a joke. The Boboli Gardens are generously fenced on the sides and quite a climb – not for me.
