I highly recommend the chartered boat tour. The Qihang is large and beautiful, and the four staff members on board are very attentive. The half-day itinerary is packed with activities: snorkeling, canoeing/stand-up paddleboarding, a trip to Racha Island, fishing, and watching the sunset—all the scenery is unforgettable.
