The tour guide Chloe is really professional and we learnt a lot from her as she told the history of South Korea and she is really flexible to arrange the itinerary due to slight rain that might affect the sightseeing well done .. we love her jokes .. excellent service
Reviews: South Korea Demilitarized Zone, DMZ Tour from Seoul

Such a good tour. It covers the whole DMZ experience, and it’s actually the cheapest one I found. They take you to each of the main touristic points: - Imjingak Park (Freedom Bridge, old locomotive, ~1 hour) - Gamaksan Red Suspension Bridge (~1 hour) - Dora Observatory (1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, theater, ~1 hour) - The 3rd tunnel (includes entry and a short video, ~1 hour) - Fast stop at a convenience store in Unification Village (~15 minutes) The main highlight: the tourist guide, in our case Kenny :), gives you the whole context of the Korean conflict and the DMZ. He took every on-bus trip to give very interesting facts. Do not hesitate to take the trip!
Reviews: Seoul: DMZ with Optional Suspension Bridge, North Korea View

We had an amazing DMZ tour that included a visit to the unique Starbucks located inside the DMZ, which was a very special and memorable experience. Our guide, Hana, was fantastic — she explained the history in a clear and engaging way and made sure everyone understood the significance of the places we visited. She also took great care of the group and showed us around thoroughly. The tour was conducted in a small group, which made it feel more personal and allowed us to ask questions and really enjoy the experience. Highly recommended!
Reviews: DMZ Day Trip: Third Tunnel/Dora Observatory/Imjingak / Optional North Korean defector meet-up

The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.
Reviews: DMZ Tour with Optional Gondola and Suspension Bridge
Guest User2025-11-09
The tour was very packed: we arrived at the suspension bridge early in the morning, and then headed towards the DMZ. If you didn't buy a cable car ticket (I didn't, and I think it was an unnecessary addition), you'll have free time to wander around, take photos, and browse souvenirs. Afterwards, we headed directly to the tunnel and observation deck, from where we could see North Korea. Don't forget your passports; they'll be checked upon entering the area.
Reviews: Nami Island + Petite France & Italian Village One Day Tour (From Seoul, English Guide)
Guest User2025-12-29
I'd never tried a local tour before, and this time it was great to see all the places I wanted to visit on one tour, which was much more convenient than traveling to each attraction individually by bus. However, the time was definitely rushed, and we didn't get to see everything at each site before having to leave. The tour guide was very professional and patient. The worst part was that it rained all day, but then it snowed the next day! 😭😭
