We didn’t actually take the cruise as my granddaughter fainted while waiting in line. I cannot say enough about how brilliant all the staff were, especially Martin. They looked after us so well, called for an ambulance and kept returning to check on us. So thoughtful, kind and brilliant even transferred our booking to another day. Amazing customer service.

Patricia was a wonderful and cheerful guide who first took us to Featherdale Park and was very knowledgeable about the animals there. The animals were active and easy to see and feeding the kangaroos was the best part. The Blue Mountains were beautiful and even though it was a little rainy, we went on a nice hike to waterfalls. The Three Sisters was fogged in so Patricia went out of her way to take us to another lookout where the clouds parted and we could see it perfectly. We went to Boars head lookout had a nice lunch in a local town. The ride was comfortable although the seating was a bit tight for 22 people. Well worth the money to not have to worry about driving, parking and finding the right place.


