If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

- Kew Mae Pan Trekking is available only from 1 November-31 May
- The scheduled itinerary may change depending on external factors including but not limited to weather conditions, road traffic conditions, and other unforeseeable circumstances.
