No need to print your e-ticket. You can show either the mobile e-ticket or printed e-ticket.

No refund will be given if you're unable to participate in the itinerary due to late arrival or failure to check in.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 6 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 6 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

One coach can lead up to 7 students. Additional coaches may be added based on actual needs and wave conditions, subject to on-site arrangements.
