A teppanyaki steak restaurant in Azabu Juban. Chef Yoshida started his career at the New Otani Hotel, then worked as the teppanyaki chef at Conrad Tokyo and the head teppanyaki chef at the Ritz-Carlton Tokyo before opening his own restaurant in 2013. The restaurant uses premium beef from Kitauchi Ranch on Ishigaki Island, with only a maximum of 6 heads of this precious beef available each month.
