The Jungfraujoch tour in Switzerland was a fantastic experience. The bus departed on time, and the tour guide was bilingual (English and Chinese). Our guide, Ping, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, breaking the ice to create a more harmonious group atmosphere. He also provided very detailed explanations along the way, and even after the tour ended, he asked if I had bought a travel adapter. It was a truly enjoyable experience.★

Our guide (Adolfo) made the bus ride incredibly enjoyable and gave us lots of interesting information about everything we visited. He gave us excellent advice when we decided to spend our time in Grindelwald exploring the town instead of climbing the mountain. It was definitely a day to remember. 10/10★
